All bookings are confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or phone call. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. Payment is collected at the time of check-in.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may be charged for one night. For Simhastha Kumbh and festival periods, a longer notice period may apply.
As a trust-run dharamshala, we ask all guests to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are not permitted within the dharamshala.
